Biography
David started his Commercial Real Estate career at Colliers International in 2006. Prior to Commercial Real Estate, David was a Healthcare Specialist where he has 13 years of Sales and Management experience in the Healthcare Industry with Multi-National firms including Patterson Dental Canada Inc., Abbott Laboratories – Hospital Products Division, and Dentsply Canada Ltd.
Working with countless Owners, Landlords, Buyers and Tenants, I have been involved in many high profile sales and lease transactions. I’ve have sold and/or leased many retail investment properties, industrial properties, as well as re-development sites, and quite a few healthcare properties, given my healthcare background.
I’m born and raised in North Vancouver. I hold an undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University, and a Graduate Management Diploma from Athabasca University in Alberta. I live in Upper Lonsdale in North Vancouver with my wife, daughter and twin boys. I’m actively involved in the community, where I’ve volunteered my time as a kid’s hockey coach, and also as team safety manager at North Vancouver Minor Hockey Association. Our Family is actively involved in North Vancouver Hockey, with my daughter’s AAA North Shore Avalanche A1 team, as well as my twin boys AA with North Shore Minor Hockey Association A3 Bantam.
